Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and your booking of any masterclass or training session offered by WorkFluent Academy. By making a payment you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
WorkFluent Academy is a training service operated by Ashirwad Enterprises, with its registered office at Manish Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440015, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity, and "you" refers to the person booking or attending a session.
2. What we provide
We provide a live, online masterclass of approximately three hours covering IT service management foundations, workplace English, interview preparation, resume formatting for applicant tracking systems, and setting up a Naukri profile. Session materials, a participation certificate, and access to a recording may be provided as described on the booking page.
We may adjust the running order, the duration of individual parts, or the trainer, provided the overall content and value of the session are substantially unchanged.
3. No guarantee of employment
We are an education and training provider. We do not offer jobs, we do not arrange interviews, we are not a recruitment agency, and we are not affiliated with Naukri, Info Edge (India) Limited, ServiceNow, AXELOS, PeopleCert or any employer. Nothing on this website or in any session is a promise of employment, of a placement, of an interview call, or of any particular salary.
4. Booking and payment
- The fee for the masterclass is ₹499 including applicable taxes, unless a different price is stated on the booking page.
- Payment is collected through Razorpay, our payment gateway. Your booking is confirmed only when the payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email.
- You must provide accurate contact details. Joining links are sent to the email address and mobile number you provide, and we are not responsible if you cannot attend because those details were wrong.
- If an amount is debited but you do not receive a confirmation, contact us at support@workfluentacademy.com and we will either confirm your booking or arrange a refund.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your seat is personal to you
A booking covers one attendee. You may not share your joining link, log in from more than one device at the same time, or allow another person to attend in your place without telling us first. We may remove anyone from a session for sharing access.
7. Recordings and materials
All slides, worksheets, templates, glossaries and recordings remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own job search. You may not record the session yourself, republish the materials, resell them, upload them to any public or paid platform, or use them to run your own training. We may pursue legal remedies for breach.
Sessions may be recorded by us. If you speak or turn on your camera, you may appear in that recording. Tell us before the session if you do not want to be recorded, and we will keep you off camera.
8. How you are expected to behave
Sessions are shared with other learners, many of them students. You agree not to use abusive, discriminatory, sexual or threatening language, not to disrupt the session, and not to share other attendees' personal information. We may remove you without refund for serious or repeated breaches.
9. Third-party platforms
The session runs on a video conferencing platform and involves setting up a profile on Naukri.com. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, their decisions, or how they handle your data. You remain responsible for anything you publish on your own Naukri profile.
10. If something goes wrong
We take reasonable care to deliver the session as described. Where the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a session is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost job opportunities, lost earnings, or the outcome of any interview or application.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that booking.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
