Nothing is left as homework. Every part ends with something finished, checked and saved on your machine.
How IT service desks actually work
Incident, problem and change management explained the way an interviewer will ask about them. Priority against severity, SLAs and breaches, escalation paths, and where a tool like ServiceNow fits into all of it. You get the ITIL 4 vocabulary without the textbook detour.
You finish with a one-page glossary and clear answers to the eight ITSM questions freshers are asked most.
English for the workplace
Not grammar drills. This is the English you need on a standup call, in an escalation mail, and in the moment when you have to say you do not know something yet. Sentence patterns you can reuse from your first day, practised out loud in the session.
You finish with thirty ready phrases for calls, updates and email.
Interview presence
Your self-introduction, rewritten and rehearsed. How to answer "tell me about yourself" and "why should we hire you" without sounding like you memorised a script. Pace, posture on video calls, and what to do when your mind goes blank halfway through an answer.

Most fresher resumes are filtered out before a person ever reads them. We fix the formatting that breaks parsing, pull keywords straight from the job description, and work out how to write an experience section when you do not have experience yet.

Questions people ask
Do I need an IT background?
No. The session starts from what a service desk is and why companies run one. Graduates from any stream can follow it.
Will I get a job after this?
No one can promise that, and you should be careful of anyone who does. What this gives you is a resume that gets read, a profile recruiters can find, and answers you have practised before the call rather than during it.
Three hours is short. Is that enough?
It is enough for the five things listed above, because each one is narrow and practical. It is not a substitute for a full ITSM course, and it does not pretend to be.
What if I cannot attend live?
Sessions run every Saturday and Sunday, so the simplest option is to move to the next weekend at no cost. Otherwise, the recording reaches you within 2 working days and stays available for 3 months. The live parts where we rebuild your resume and set up your Naukri profile work best if you attend.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time. After that the seat is held and the fee is not refundable, though you still get the recording and materials. The full terms are on the refund and cancellation page.
