Service delivery policy

WorkFluent Academy sells a live online training session. Nothing is shipped, and there is no physical product, courier or delivery charge. This page explains how and when you receive what you paid for.
We deliver digital services only, everywhere in India and abroad. There is no shipping, no packaging, and no delivery address to provide.
What you receive, and when

What you need at your end
- A laptop or desktop. The resume and Naukri parts of the session are hard to follow on a phone.
- A stable internet connection, working audio, and a camera if you want feedback on interview presence.
- Your current resume file and your Naukri login details, kept ready before the session starts.
If you do not receive something
First check your spam and promotions folders, since joining links are often filtered there. If it is still missing, write to support@workfluentacademy.com or message +91 87666 03149. We resend within one working day, and before the session starts if you contact us in time.
If we have to change a date
If we postpone a session, we tell every booked attendee by email and WhatsApp as early as we can, and offer a seat in the next batch or a full refund. See the refund and cancellation policy.
