Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you book or attend a masterclass, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible for your data
Ashirwad Enterprises, Manish Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440015, India, is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, write to support@workfluentacademy.com.
What we collect
Only what we need to get you into the session. We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, your qualifications or any government ID.

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials. Those go directly to Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, along with a transaction reference.
How we use it
- To deliver the session you paid for and to send you the materials, recording and certificate.
- To answer your questions before and after the session.
- To tell you about future sessions, if you have agreed to that. Every such message includes a way to stop them.
- To keep the accounting and tax records that Indian law requires us to keep.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with recruiters, employers or any other third party for marketing.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes your data only to do its job:
- Google Meet (Google LLC), to run the live session. Where a session is recorded, that recording is processed by Google.
- Google Workspace (Google LLC), for our email, calendar invites, and the documents and templates we share with you.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), to send joining links and reminders to the mobile number you give us.
- Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), to collect the fee and process refunds.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and keeps basic server logs.
- Google LLC and Meta Platforms, for website analytics, advertising and conversion measurement, as described under Cookies below.
Google and Meta may store or process some of this data on servers outside India. We share only what those services need in order to work: your name, email address and mobile number.
We may also disclose information where a law, court or regulator requires it.
Your resume and your Naukri profile
During the session you work on your own resume file, on your own machine. We do not ask you to send it to us and we do not keep a copy. Anything you publish on Naukri.com is governed by Naukri's own privacy policy, not this one. We never ask for your Naukri password, and you should never share it with us or with anyone else.
How long we keep things
- Booking and contact records: as long as needed to serve you, and then as required for tax and accounting.
- Session recordings: shared with attendees for 3 months, then deleted.
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent.
Cookies
This site uses three kinds of cookie:
- Essential cookies, which make the site and the checkout work. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies, which tell us how many people visit, which pages they read before booking, and where they leave. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC).
- Advertising cookies, which let us show the masterclass to people who have visited this site and measure whether an ad led to a booking. We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the booking page will stop working properly.
Keeping it safe
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to booking records, and keep our systems patched. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your data where we are not required to keep it, stop sending you marketing, or remove you from a recording. Write to support@workfluentacademy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
People under 18
Our sessions are meant for adults who are looking for work. If you are under 18, book only with a parent or guardian's consent. If you tell us that we hold data about a child without that consent, we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and we will tell booked attendees by email if the change is significant.
