About WorkFluent Academy
We train freshers and job seekers for entry-level IT roles, in short, practical sessions that end with something finished rather than something to revise later.
What we do
WorkFluent Academy runs a live three-hour masterclass covering five things an entry-level IT candidate is judged on: how IT service desks actually work, the English needed on a working day, how to hold yourself in an interview, a resume that survives an applicant tracking system, and a Naukri profile that recruiters can find. It costs ₹499, runs online every Saturday and Sunday, and is meant to be attended in one sitting.
Why we built it
Most freshers we meet are not short of effort. They have applied to dozens of jobs and heard nothing, usually for reasons nobody told them about: a resume the parser could not read, a profile stuck at forty percent complete, a self-introduction that had never been said out loud before the interview. Those are all fixable in an afternoon. The longer courses that fix them cost far more than most job seekers can spend before their first salary.
Who teaches
Aditya has more than ten years in IT operations and works as an Incident and Problem Manager, handling live incidents, escalations and change processes day to day. The ITSM part of the session is the job as it is actually done rather than a summary of a syllabus.
